Wynn is the second-born child of Silveny and Greyfell. He is the younger brother to Luna, born only one minute after she was. He was one of the four alicorns in existence. Wynn and his twin sister, Luna, were born prematurely and required postnatal care. They were kept inside an altered troll hive designed and built specifically for alicorns by Luzia Vacker and were safely implanted and hatched a few weeks later. He is described to have blue-tipped wings, similar to his father, Greyfell.
Named by Keefe in Flashback, he was given his name because Keefe believed that “He's probably going to be full of win.” Other names Keefe proposed (included Keefster, Argent, and Sterling) were unanimously rejected by Silveny, Greyfell, and Sophie.
Wynn enjoys teleporting into the Gorgodon's cage and "playing" with it, along with Luna. However, this "playing" actually involves teasing the Gorgodon to the point where it tries to stab him with its venomous tail. Sophie has tried numerous times to stop them, with little success.
As the alicorns are extremely scarce, with Greyfell believed to be the only one left for a time, Wynn's existence prevents the Timeline to Extinction. While their population has doubled, the future of the alicorn species is still highly precarious.
