Timeline to Extinction

The Timeline to Extinction is what the elves (specifically the Councillors) use to inspire hope in the elvin world. It involves the fact that the elves do not let a single species on Earth go extinct. They saved everything from Dinosaurs to wooly mammoths to Unicorns. In Neverseen the two remaining alicorns, Greyfell and Silveny, are nearly killed by the Neverseen, and it is revealed that their death would reset the timeline to extinction. The Councillors believe that every species should be preserved and sometimes they send teams to capture creatures from the wild (including the Forbidden Cities) and bring them to Havenfield to prepare them for transfer to The Sanctuary.
