Congratulations! You have been accepted into Blackstone School!
But mystery letter, you might think, I never signed up for Blackstone School!
You actually did, you just didn't know. You all signed up for a new, revolutionary boarding school that would be a mix of different cultures. Well, that's Blackstone School!
You, along with five other students, have been chosen specifically. You will live and learn alongside elves from the Lost Cities - try not to freak out about that, humans - and humans from the area around Blackstone School.
We have the support of three councilors from the elvin world, but no one else.
Cecilia has wavy, light brown hair that reaches down her to her elbows and brown eyes. Light caramel skin tone. She wears the teacher version of the uniforms - black pants, a dark green shirt and a gray jacket if it's cold. Around 5'4.
Teacher of math, ELA, Human History
Amber has bright amber hair and bright blue eyes. She has pale skin and a few freckles. She wears the same thing as Cecilia, except for a long, dark blue cloak. Around 5'7. Hydrokinetic.
The setting is Blackstone School. It's in a forest, with a dirt road winding up to a garage. There's a main buliding in the center, with five smaller bulidings, one long buliding off to the side, a large garden, and a ampi-theater.
The first room of the main building is a small foyer with three doorways and a spiral staircase. The door on the left leads a hall, which goes to the kitchen. The middle door has a small dining room, with a table with eight chairs. The door on the right leads to the largest room of the three - a lounge area. There's two long couches, a TV, some armchairs, a coffee table, a bookcase, and a small upright piano.
The second room of the main building is divided by a hall. There are six doorways, two on the left side and four on the right. The doors on the lefthand side are studying rooms/classrooms, with three desks, chairs, a whiteboard, and a bookcase in each. Two of the doors on the other side lead to bedrooms with three bunk beds in each. These rooms can be decorated however you want. The other two rooms are small bathrooms.
The other buildings are classrooms, as well as an art/music room and a building where the teachers live/work. The long building is a pool/gym/classroom.
The kitchen was set up with breads on one side of the island, cold cuts in the middle, and things like guacamole at the end.
Ceclia took a plate and made a sandwich with lettuce, turkey, cheddar and guacamole.
“You’re excited,” Amber laughed. “You see that long building?” she asked, pointing to a very long one-story building off to the side. “Go there, follow the signs to the pool, and wait on the benches for me.”
Ceclia looked through them. “Wow, Del, you’re really quick. And good.” She got up, pulling out a very thick textbook from a bookcase labeled “Math”. She put it on Del’s book. “Start with Chapter One. It’s 50 pages, should be enough for today.
((Back for a sec
Amber came into the pool room with a wagon of firewood and carrying a mat.
The pool was nice- maybe 10 meters by 5 meters, 10 feet at the deepest end and 3 feet at the shallow part.
Amber laid down the mat on the side of the pool, about 3 feet from the pool.
“Okay!” Amber said. “I don’t know a lot about your ability, but I can try to teach you new things,” she said. “How quick is it to work? Here, stand on the mat and try to light the piece of wood on fire as it’s in the air.” She held up a piece of wood. “Ready?”
Amber pulled out a bag from the wagon and ducked into one of the changing rooms. She came out wearing a cloth scuba suit, minus the equipment. She walked over to the other side of the pool and pulled out a hula hoop. She threw it into the water and jumped into the deep end beside it. She arranged it so it was a few feet from the side of the pool. “Okay. Sit down on the mat and try shooting a fireball into the hula hoop.” She swam to the side.
sara wsnt done. "look moren, i know you have had a bad life that we cant relate to. i know you want to pretend everythingsfine, but ehen somethings wrong, somthings is wrong and you cant do anything abot it! you need to stop running away!"
"yeah, i guess" she said sadly. "im sorry, i guess i got a little out of control. he was sick, and refused to eat a coughdrop, a coughdrop! im just trying to help. he probably hates me now. del probably hates me too."
"I know, del might not hate me, but I'm positive Moren does. He hates everyone but del"
“I’m not sure about that.” ((I’ll be in and off today. Gtg!
"he does, but even if he didn'tt hate me, he still wold probably never want to be friends with me." "amber whats wrong with me? i used to be really good at making friends, and now my actions ruined my chance of even making one!"
“You didn’t ruin the chance. He’s just really stubborn. And nothing is wrong with you! You are just the way you are, nothing can change that. Even if something could, why would you want to change? You’re fine the way you are!”
" i wantI to be me, but it all seems usless here. i sometimes try to break out, bt then i feel like a fool, or moren loses his temper. whenwe sang earlier. it was my fault he lost his temper because i asked to sing more songs and compleatly changed the situation."
PearBlossom wrote: Del led Sara to her room and showed her the medicines she had. "I also am worrying about how an elf will react to these but....I don't know if we should try to not."
'he'll nedd a bottle of youth to get the human chemicals ot, but he should be fine. if he has a human sickness, he should take human medicine i have some extra bottle's in my closet, i'll go get it" she got it and came back. "let's also get a couple coughdrops"
Del nodded. "Okay." But once they got to the gym and Del saw Moren passed out, she paled and ran over. His head was bleeding a little and she said, "Sara, can you run back to my room real quick? I left bandages on the dresser." She sat Moren up and whispered, "Idiot, I told you not to pass out."
