Congratulations! You have been accepted into Blackstone School!
But mystery letter, you might think, I never signed up for Blackstone School!
You actually did, you just didn't know. You all signed up for a new, revolutionary boarding school that would be a mix of different cultures. Well, that's Blackstone School!
You, along with five other students, have been chosen specifically. You will live and learn alongside elves from the Lost Cities - try not to freak out about that, humans - and humans from the area around Blackstone School.
We have the support of three councilors from the elvin world, but no one else.
Cecilia has wavy, light brown hair that reaches down her to her elbows and brown eyes. Light caramel skin tone. She wears the teacher version of the uniforms - black pants, a dark green shirt and a gray jacket if it's cold. Around 5'4.
Teacher of math, ELA, Human History
Amber has bright amber hair and bright blue eyes. She has pale skin and a few freckles. She wears the same thing as Cecilia, except for a long, dark blue cloak. Around 5'7. Hydrokinetic.
The setting is Blackstone School. It's in a forest, with a dirt road winding up to a garage. There's a main buliding in the center, with five smaller bulidings, one long buliding off to the side, a large garden, and a ampi-theater.
The first room of the main building is a small foyer with three doorways and a spiral staircase. The door on the left leads a hall, which goes to the kitchen. The middle door has a small dining room, with a table with eight chairs. The door on the right leads to the largest room of the three - a lounge area. There's two long couches, a TV, some armchairs, a coffee table, a bookcase, and a small upright piano.
The second room of the main building is divided by a hall. There are six doorways, two on the left side and four on the right. The doors on the lefthand side are studying rooms/classrooms, with three desks, chairs, a whiteboard, and a bookcase in each. Two of the doors on the other side lead to bedrooms with three bunk beds in each. These rooms can be decorated however you want. The other two rooms are small bathrooms.
The other buildings are classrooms, as well as an art/music room and a building where the teachers live/work. The long building is a pool/gym/classroom.
“I’ll call you Sara, if you don’t mind,” Amber said. “I’ll take your bags and show you to the girls’ dorm. Then we can have dinner! How does that sound?”
((I won’t be very active today. I’ll talk to you all tomorrow!
"What do you want to talk about?" In a quiet voice, she added, "Also, I can practically hear you yawning and if you're tired, you don't have to stay. I know you're just staying cuz you feel bad about the stupid candy wrappers." She smiled.
Del put away her easel and washed the brushed and rinsed her water cup. She dried her hands and caught Moren staring at her painting. "What? Yeah, I know, it looks trashy. Let's go." She picked up her painting and pushed open the door, holding it for Moren.
She sighed and stopped walking. "I know when earlier I said she taught me how to paint and draw it probably sounded like we have a great relationship. It's exactly the opposite. "Your strokes aren't right." Or "I can still see your pencil lines." She shook her head and kept walking.
Amber flung open the door. It banged off the wall and bounced back, but it gave Amber enough time to walk through the doorway, bristling with anger. "What? This whole school is about getting rid of the prejudices of elves and humans! What is wrong with humans? You were getting along fine with Del and Ceclia!"
Amber's voice dropped, but it was filled with ice. "Yes, you do. There are four humans who will live here. And I know that you might have had a hard time beofore, but you can't be mean to them. The humans don't have a choice to be born without abilties. They are amazing in their own way. I need to know why you can't stand humans, because they will live here."
Del wouldn't sit there listening to them scream. She stood up and walked over. "Just-just stop SCREAMING. I CANT TAKE IT-" her voice cracked. She went back to her room and opened the window. She jumped out onto the roof and sat there instead. She cried even though she thought she had outcried herself.
Del woke up, Had she fallen asleep. She felt the sunshine on her and decided yes, yes she had. She stood up, but almost fell off the roof and yelped. She caught herself. "Ugh, stupid, sleeping on the roof."
Del groaned and rubbed her arms, trying to warm up. She walked back to her window but realized it was shut. Her eyes widened. "Shoot." She turned around and walked across the roof. She got to the end and looked down. "How am I going to do this?" She sat down, dangling her legs.
Amber looked down, her face the same bright red as some of the highlights in her orange hair. “Yeah, I’m fine. It’s just - nothing.” She turned to Ceclia. Ceclia’s face turned the same red as Amber’s. ((You have no ide how weird it is to write this XD
Ceclia looked down before hugging Amber tightly. Amber stumbles back, surprised, before wrapping her arms around Ceclia. Amber’s eyes started to get watery, but she wiped the tears away. “Thank you,” she whispered, although she had no idea if Ceclia had heard her. Ceclia just squeezed her tighter, both of their faces on fire.
Ceclia broke off from the hug. “You put out the food. I’ll go get the kids.” She kissed Amber’s cheek before walking out of the room, blushing. Amber stood in shock, her hand in her cheek, her face as red as a tomato.
Del finished quickly and said she wanted to go look at themcanvas sizes they had. She got up and walked to the fine arts room. Her eyes widened when she saw a moren in there. She hadn't seen him leave the table. She kept her eyes down and looked at canvases.
Ceclia quietly walked into the room. “But we’re a million worlds apart, and I don’t know where I would even start,” she sang quietly. She shrugged when Del and Moren looked at her. “I listen to that song a lot,” she explained sheepishly, blushing and looking down.
((this is just a suggestion and you guys can totally veto it right out the door, but i was wondering if we could have a mean girl. ts TOTALLY up to you guys and if you dont want to thats really ok with me. i was just wondering
“No, you aren’t,” Ceclia said quietly, unsure if Moren could hear her. She sat down in front of his door. “I’m always here to talk to,” she called out. “Class is in a bit. Can you be out of there in an hour?”
