    • Yayyy!!!! I love making new friends! I would give you a friend badge, but sadly I don't know how to make one. But I definitely consider you as a friend!

    • ok i'll just teach you

      so first, you need to think of what to name your badge

      then, make a new page called Template:Nameofbadge, and choose blank page. Choose the non-article type.

      Then, at the end, write this: <noinclude> [[Category:Badges]][[Category:Friend Badge]] </noinclude>

      Go back to the beginning. To make the background, type this on a new line: <div style:"background:

      If you want a gradient background, type either linear-gradient or radial-gradient after the colon. Then, you put the colors in parentheses, separated by commas. You can use hex codes or hexadecimal colors. If it is a linear gradient, first put the direction. In my profile, it is background: linear-gradient(to top, #eae4f5, #e4eaf2)

      ^ I think you can write top, bottom, left, or right for that part

      Or, you can do a solid color and I think you just put the color after the "background:" without parentheses

      At the end of that, put a semicolon.

      Then, type a space, then border: (the number of pixels you want it to be)px (the border type, examples: solid, double, dotted, dashed) (color code);

      Then, type a space, then padding: (the number of pixels you want it to be)px'

      ^ for this, I do 20px but it is where your text starts

      Then, type a space, then font-family:(the font you want);

      ^ I use calibri, I'm not sure what fonts work and what don't, so you will have to test that. THIs font will be in your badge unless you want to change it.

      Finally, type a space, then color: (color code);">

      My final div tag looks like: <div style="background: linear-gradient(to top, #eae4f5, #e4eaf2); border: 10px double #ebf5e9; padding: 20px; font-family:Calibri; color: #292e2e;">.

      Skip 2 lines, type this:

      <center><big><big>'''(Your name's) Friend'''</big></big></center>

      You can do as many <big> as you want, but make sure you close the tag with </big>. The three apostrophes make it bold, so it is optional. You can format the title in any way you want. <nowiki> Skip another two lines. <nowiki> Type <center>(Your message)</center>

      ^You can also format your message however you like.

      At the end of my badge, I have a message saying not to use it unless you have permission. To do this, after your message but before the </center>, skip two lines. I put a <small> before my message and </small> after cause I wanted it to be a little smaller. You can do as many <small> as you like, but make sure you close it. In between the <small>, I wrote my message. Mine says: Only use this if given permission from '''Ccchamomile'''. When you are given permission, type <nowiki>{{CamilleFriend}} into the source code in your profile. If you need help, message Ccchamomile. </nowiki>

      Also, before you say how to use it (type {{Yournamefriend|nickname=*type nickname here*}} or {{Yournamefriend}}), make sure you write <nowiki> and write at the end.

      Then, close all your tags. You type the same think as before but put a slash before it. To close the div, just write </div> </nowiki>

      Then publish the page. When you are on your profile, type {{badgename}} on anything and the badge will appear.

      That made no sense but here is all of my code:

      <noinclude>{{CodeCopyNotice|user=Ccchamomile}}</noinclude>

      <div style="background: linear-gradient(to top, #eae4f5, #e4eaf2); border: 10px double #ebf5e9; padding: 20px; font-family:Calibri; color: #292e2e;">

      <center><big><big>'''Camille's Friend'''</big></big></center>

      <center> If you receive this badge, Camille, also known as Ccchamomile, considers you as one of her friends. You have been nice to her, and she thinks you are amazing.

      <small> Only use this if given permission from '''Ccchamomile'''. When you are given permission, type <nowiki>{{CamilleFriend}} into the source code in your profile. If you need help, message Ccchamomile.</small></center>

      </div>

      <noinclude>[[Category:Badges]][[Category:Friend Badge]]</noinclude>
