Just a minor point in favor of this theory-
In Nightfall when Sophie is on the boat going to Ravagog, the water outlines Blur, and he is said to have round cheeks and look .*somewhat* familiar. That's how Jensi is described--

True. But I don't think that SM wouldv'e exaggerated it as much if it didn't have some type of meaning.
