The Original Council had only three members, one of whom was a Vacker (Fallon Vacker). This is a big part of why Vackers are considered such a prestigious family. This Council also did not employ any Emissaries or Regents then, those roles were added later on.

Known Facts

• Fallon Vacker stepped down from the council for marriage.
• his Council variant may have still been intact at the time of the overthrow of Serenvale, as Fallon was still a Councillor then.
• Bronte worked as an Emissary for the original council and was said to have been appointed when Emissaries were a new post.
• It was this Council that sentenced Vespera Folend to the Lumenaria dungeons.
• Fallon Vacker is Luzia Vacker's half-brother.
• It was most likely this Council variant that ordered Atlantis to be flooded, as Vespera Folend was sentenced to the Lumenaria dungeons shortly before.
