Not all elves manifest special Abilities, and some end up Talentless. However, every single elf has skills, which you don't manifest, you are born with them and you only improve through Foxfire P.E. or Exillium training. Skills include telekinesis, outward channelling, holding breath for long periods of time, night vision, levitation, suppressing hunger for a long period of time, and Dexter Alvin Dizznee has been noted to be able to change his eyes red.
Some elves see skills as useless, and really not all that important. However, others see them as essential. Those same people say that elves are wasting potential that they have.
