Not all elves manifest special Abilities, and some end up Talentless. However, all eves are capable of performing Skills, which they don't need to manifest. Elves can improve through Foxfire P.E. or Exillium training. Some elves see skills as useless; however, others see them as essential. Those same people say that elves are wasting potential that they have.
