Regents are special members of the Nobility that work for the Council. They are lower in rank than Emissaries, but Regents are also addressed as "Lord" and "Lady." In Legacy, Sophie Foster, Dex Dizznee, Stina Heks, Wylie Endal, and Biana Vacker were all appointed as Regents as part of Team Valiant. They are the youngest Regents to be appointed in elvin history.
