Changes: Proxies

All that is currently known about Proxies is that they are the Collective's backup plan if one of them dies; in the case of one of their deaths, they would handle things until Sophie, Dex, Fitz, Biana, and Keefe were ready to become Collective members. Presumably, they are backup Collective members, but that isn't the only possibility.
