Norene Vacker is a member of the Vacker family. She had been an Emissary for centuries and is an Ancient.
Flashback[]
In the seventh book, she participates in the meeting concerning Alvar's punishment. She stands up against the Councillors. Norene clearly disagreed with the idea of having Alvar being given a second chance, saying that the outcry against the Vacker family would become worse.
Personality[]
Norene is very concerned about the reputation of her family, and about the public's opinion. She doesn't hesitate to voice her complaints, even in the presence of the Council. Norene acts very proud and arrogant, especially with her position in the Nobility.
Appearance[]
Norene is described to have vivid red hair and small points to her ears, the mark of the ancient elves. She has indigo eyes.
