Memory Exercises are a series of exercises used by elves to help them recall their memories. Keefe does memory exercises in Flashback in an effort to recover some memories his mother, Lady Gisela hid. Wylie and Prentice Endal do this together as well in an effort to recover their own lost memories. Memory exercises help with hidden memories and memories lost to a broken mind.
