Mind Breaks are when Probes or other telepaths force their way into someone's mind by any means necessary to extract information. This shatters the sanity of the victim. They have to be unanimously voted on by the Council to take place. A mind break is ordered when either the person is withholding information, or the person is sentenced to Exile.
