Macho-Macho is a product that Slurps and Burps sells. Dex uses it in Book 4: Neverseen as a disguise when the Keeper Crew are outlaws with the Black Swan. It makes you look strong. Earlier in Neverseen, Dex's response to Timkin's bizarre appearance mentioned this elixir. While the others there had mixed reactions to Coiffe, Dex's form of reply was a bit different than all of these, as he inferred what Timkin had used for his looks. His guess was that a lot Macho-Macho, few drops of Body Warmer and Curly-Dew was used. All of these elixirs are familiar to Dex and are also presumably sold at Slurps and Burps.
