Macho-Macho is a product that Slurps and Burps sells. Dex uses it in Book 4: Neverseen as a disguise when the Keeper Crew are outlaws with the Black Swan. It makes you look strong. Earlier in Neverseen, Dex's response to Timkin's bizarre appearance mentioned this elixir.
