Luna is the twin sister of Wynn, and is the first-born of Silveny and Greyfell. She was named by Sophie in the 7th book of Keeper of the Lost Cities, Flashback. Luna is the older of the twins with Wynn following her minutes after. There are now currently four Alicorns that we know of in the elvin world. Luna was prematurely born and had to live in a special troll hive built for them by Luzia Vacker. After a few weeks, they were safely implanted and hatched. Both twins are described to look as if they had been dipped in moonlight.
Sophie suggested the name Luna. Other names included Keeferina, Argent, and Sterling. Keefe suggested the name Wynn.
