Lesedi Chebota (pronounced le-SED-ee chee-BOT-uh) is the mother of Maruca Chebota and the cousin of Prentice Endal. She was first mentioned in Wylie's registry file in Book 8.5: Unlocked.
After Wylie was abducted, she "freaked out" and was prepared to go to the Council about it. She was also very close with Prentice and grieved for him after his memory break.
