Lady Belva (pronounced BELL-vuh) is a mentor of The Universe at Foxfire. She taught Keefe as a Level Three and as a Level Four. When Keefe first meets Sophie, he says that he often ditches The Universe because Lady Belva has a crush on him.
While Sophie thinks he is joking, Lady Belva has prodigies ballroom dance during detention and has used Keefe as her partner at least once.
Keefe's detention record in Unlocked noted an occasion where he ditched her class and was found in the Secret Mentors’ Cafeteria.
