King Gowg

King Gowg the former ogre king that ruled when Serenvale was overthrown. As mentioned in Neverseen, King Gowg invited the original Council to sign a treaty to protect the gnomes. He had harvested enough drakostomes from the bark of the Panakes trees to infect the entire gnomish population with the plague. His ultimatum for the original Council was that if his demands were met, the plague would not be released upon the gnomes, and the elves complied out of fear.
