King Enki is the king of the dwarves. The dwarves of the Black Swan check in with him, and he knows who they are. However, the elves can't force King Enki to reveal the names of the dwarves, because, technically, they are working peacefully with the elves, only, the elves they are working with are in the Black Swan. King Enki is also bald.
King Enki supports the Black Swan, but is not necessarily against the Council. He lets the group use Alluventerre, an underground cavern containing a thriving forest.
