Indurite is the substance Tiergan uses in order to transform into Granite, his Black Swan alter-ego. As mentioned in Neverseen, he consumes this chalky powder when needing to switch identities. It causes his body to crystallize and harden, making him look like a half carved talking statue, which is one reason why he is called Granite.
