Mentioned in Nightfall, the High Seas facility was one of the Black Swan's former hideouts, where most of the genetic work was done for Project Moonlark. In Exile, this was the place where Sophie's abilities were healed in Exile and also abandoned due to the Neverseen's assault. While most of Project Moonlark was done here, some parts were also done at Brumevale, ensuring that the two elves who donated their DNA never met or discovered any information about the other parent.
