Fernan Babblos (FER-nan BAB-los) is a character mentioned in Book 5, during a conversation in which Jensi was talking about abilities and told Sophie his brother was a Phaser. Many fans believe he may be the Collective member Blur because they are both Phasers, and Sophie's brief glimpse at Blur's appearance looks slightly similar to Jensi's, because he had a round face and cheeks which resemble his brother, but this is unknown and has not been confirmed.

In Unlocked, his name was revealed to be Fernan Babblos.
