Dex's Evader allows the user(s) to break into the Council's archives and find records on the Waywards who have attended and/or are still attending Exillium. The Evader looks like a gutted obscurer. The sphere is in two halves, and all kinds of springy coiled wires stick out of the center. The thin wire attached is called a wiper. The Evader's wiper erases every step the user takes to avoid drawing attention to The Council.
