Ermete was a dwarf who passed away in the battle on Mount Everest during the events of the book Everblaze. He died along with Irja and Kun, while Yegor was "in critical condition" in Book 4: Neverseen by Mr. Forkle. His former residence was passed on to Tam Song and Linh Song for a while in Neverseen, when they had not yet sworn fealty to the Black Swan and had nowhere to live.
