Dawnheath is Luzia Vacker's residence. It has an enormous fence surrounding the property which is about twice the height of the gate at Everglen and triple the brightness. Outside the gates, is a large overgrown forest filled with thick green moss, and mushrooms dotting the ground. It is also the location of a Troll Hive.
