Cravettels

Cravettels are a seed used in transitioning some carnivores to a vegetarian diet. Book 5: Lodestar, mentions that they taste like pterodactyl. These blue seeds eventually became a food Verdi appreciated, although it took a very long time to persuade her to eat them. She wasted half of the seeds, by spitting them out and hitting the trough with her tail.
