Councillor Ramira

Councillor Ramira is an elf, who is part of the Council. She is one of the twelve Councillors who rule the Elvin world. Her physical appearance or ability was never mentioned. Along with the other councillors, when her name was first mentioned, Sophie had thought she was very intimidating. She participates in voting with the rest of the council and was one of the many Councillors who wanted Sophie to remain at Foxfire. Presumably, she is quite powerful like other members of the Council.
