Burp Blaster is an elixir sold at Slurps and Burps, a store run by Dex's father Kesler Dizznee. It presumably makes the drinker burp.
It was first mentioned in Lodestar and was found hidden in Keefe's bedroom at Candleshade as a part of his pranking supplies.
