Brielle is a goblin, who in Lodestar serves as Grady's bodyguard. When the rebel ogres attack Havenfield, Brielle fights off all of the ogres along with help from Cadoc. Brielle dies later in the fight sacrificing herself for Grady, Edaline, Cadoc, and Lady Cadence. Later, it was realized that the attack was focused on Lady Cadence and not Grady and Edaline.

Sophie attends Brielle's funeral in Gildingham. Brielle's body is aurified (turned to gold) and placed in the Hall of Heroes.
