Bilepods are a type of seasickness remedy that look like gray walnuts and are eaten like an oyster. When Keefe cracked open the shell in Nightfall, during the ride to talk to King Dimitar, it could be perceived that it was full of reddish-brown goop that smells like burnt garlic.
