Bilepods are a type of seasickness remedy that look like gray walnuts and are eaten like an oyster. When Keefe cracked open the shell in Nightfall, (during the boat ride to talk and retrieve the starstone from King Dimitar) it was perceived that it was full of reddish-brown goop that smelled like burnt garlic.
