Bilepods are a type of seasickness remedy that resemble gray walnuts on the outside and are filled with a reddish-brown goop that smells similar to burnt garlic on the inside. Eaten like an oyster, one first cracks a Bilepod open and then consumes its contents. They are first introduced in Nightfall, when Keefe consumes one to cure his seasickness on Riverdrift.
