Barth the Reaper is a gnome who teaches agriculture to Level Three prodigies. He was Sophie's Level Three agriculture mentor, a class unique to the Elvin world.
He is described to have green hair and to be shorter than most gnomes.
He got angry at Sophie for using a gardening tool the wrong way and "ruining the dirt."
