Fintan saves a family of Apatosaurs from a firestorm from a volcano, as shown in a memory uncovered by Sophie in Everblaze. They are herbivorous, long-necked dinosaurs who are sauropods. It is unknown whether Apatosaurs are the same in the book, although they most likely are long-necked with brightly colored feathers.
