folklore ; act i β’Λ π¦’ β β±
you and i, we were born to die. vampires, sirens, humans, they all shared the same fate in the end. it depends on how you decide to write your story. the world of wanderlust existed in harmony, with all kingdoms learning to coexist. the sirens dominated the oceans, the vampires lurked in plain sight in the woods, and the humans were merely exploring both realities.
there was a treaty that kept the peace. vampires decided to consume only animal blood, allowing humans to live in peace. the sirens would no longer lure in mortals as long as they did not disrespected the ocean's wildlife. nobody knew how or whether humans were included in the treaty. nonetheless, the treaty was broken. several dead bodies were discovered in the woods, each drained of blood. the sound of melodious siren songs could be heard from land beyond the sea.
a new school year has began, a school specifically for human royals opening after summer has passed. this school year seems different, very different from the others. lots of injuries lately regarding two fang marks on the necks of human students along with others allegedly losing their memories after hearing some sort of unworldly melodies. nobody is quite sure what could be happening, humans had no idea of supernatural beings beyond books of myths.
though, some have the theory that those who walk amongst them might not be just human.

β’ Λ this is another version written of this plot that will be used to kind of give you a hints to all of the parts in this series, i am keeping it in my google docs until act ii just because this more of a half act. this part will be a little shorter than the others for reasons you will find out about later on.

β’ Λ everybody is royal and the heir to the throne, you can choose whether or not their kingdom is very known.
β’ Λ you have the chance to be a vampire, siren, or human. however, more species will be available such as witches, fairies, wolfs, and much more. those will be introduced later on and you can have your oc be human if youβd like to wait until the others are introduced, youβre also free to create more ocs later on.
β’ Λ forms will be accepted by quality, however, please send in work in progresses as it gives me a chance to see whether or not youβre working on the form + i can cut slack sometimes and let you be accepted with an unfinished form if i trust your oc is correctly flawed.
β’ Λ forms have to be in by janurary 25th but i will accept late forms on my mw, we will just be beginning the 25th so if youβd like to be there for the beginning id just suggest getting it in by then.
β’ Λ if you have multiple ocs please have a diverse selection. [ having three ocs that are all females with similar personalities and the same species is the opposite of diverse !! ]
β’ Λ this is plot & character driven. while there is a lot of plot to this, your characters will help the plot move forward with side quests. please do not join only to ship. join to also participate as much as you can. i will try to make plot at different times so everyone gets a chance to participate.
